Our company has been established in 1979 in Bursa with the aim of designing and manufacturing the automotive lightening products and plastic parts. Our vision is to “Be A World Class Global Automotive External Lightening Systems Manufacturer”.
To this end, we have adopted as principle to exert effort for a better performance, to use the resources effectively, to create the limitless customer satisfaction, to get better all the time, to rapidly adopt the applications regarding the changing, to be respectful, transparent and honest in all the relations, to act with the environmental consciousness.
The rapid changings and developments emerging in global market have reflected on the demands of customers and their demand for perfectness in manufacture has emerged the “zero error” term. Our mission as the Firm is to ensure the quality assurance in all the products. We aim to develop the manufacture and management systems by using the “Simple Production” and “EFQM Perfectness Model” together.
The Quality Policy defined by us is ‘’to meet the continuously increasing expectations of our Customers by ensuring constant improvements on quality, price and delivery”.
In our firm, the quality management system that is compatible with TS-EN-ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 standards have been created documented and it is applied and its effectiveness has been improved by providing continuity.
In FARBA, all the processes required by the quality management system have been determined. 
All the resources such as trained personnel, infrastructure, work environment, technical data, tool - device, etc. that are required to support the application and monitoring of determined processes have been ensured. Our processes have been monitored and measured via several parameters and targets. 
By monitoring whether we achieved the planned results or not, the processes have been improved constantly. The process performance indicators have been investigated and followed in monthly performance meetings.
