Training and Development

Requirements for training and development are set in accordance with the institutional culture and the policies of Human Resources, within the framework of personal performance and competence evaluation results and according to the requirements of the work.  Trainings begin with the Orientation process and continue with various trainings concerning personal development and development of knowledge, skill, and performance.  Our company has divided trainings into two categories, namely intra company and out of company trainings. The intra company trainings start with ion of the inner trainers and they are structured according to the qualifications and technical knowledge level of the trainers.  Out of company trainings include the training programs which are carried out jointly with independent consulting companies. 

Besides, Our Company has been organizing Language courses at Farba, in order to improve the foreign language level of our employees.
